Yes, it should. And it doesn't. Very weird.

If you try Special:Recentchanges does it work? You can see all the changes to the wiki, which is not the same but, for now, its better than nothing...

Yes, that's where I'm trying to go. That link works fine. I just can't get there by clicking Recent Changes in the black bar next to edit, history, move, watch ...
